EU-content check
Check a product against the SAFE rule (at most 35% of component cost from outside the EU, EEA and Ukraine) using the declarations your suppliers gave you. Missing or expired evidence is never counted as eligible.

File format and template
Required columns: partId, description, supplierName, supplierCountry, unitCost, quantity.
Optional: originCountry, declarationValidFrom, declarationValidUntil, declarationId,
declarationSource, supplierControlledBy, critical, currency.
Semicolons or commas, decimal commas (1.234,50) and day-first dates (31/12/2027) are fine. Countries are
two-letter codes (IT, DE, US). Costs are in euro. Leave the origin blank when you have no declaration; write
none as end date for a declaration without expiry. supplierControlledBy is the
country that controls the supplier (its own country when independent): without it the control check stays
open.
